Winter Break- trip to Philly. The 5 of us drove to Philly over President's Day weekend. There was a lot of snow, a lot of wind, and it took a while for everyone to get into the swing of things. There is so much to do in Philadelphia, it was hard to slow down and pick and choose and not try to cram everything in. The kids really enjoyed the hotel and the buffet breakfast and sleeping together in one big bed and watching movies. We made it to the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and Betsy Ross's house. Pretty cool. We drove out to Valley Forge which served as good nap time in the car and the boys got a kick out of imagining the troops in cabins during winter. We made it to Baltimore to the aquarium and as it happened, they had a rainforest exhibit too.
