Halloween

This year Halloween was a family affair, and very drawn out, with the kids having parties and parades on Thursday and Friday at their schools, then on Halloween afternoon we had a family-neighborhood pre-party. It was a lot of fun seeing kids in costumes playing kickball and basketball and watching Julia lead a bunch of princesses around the outside of the house, giving a tour of all the scarey decorations. Unfortunately, it was pretty cold, and the sedentary adults felt it. These pictures are before any guests arrived. If you are wondering-I was dressed as a school-girl, much better in person than in the photo! Julia had a wonderful warm fleece bunny costume, perfect for a chilly Halloween, but changed her mind at the last minute to be a kitty-ballerina. Sam is a scarey biker dude and Will is a Jawa (think Star Wars) without the creepy mask. Bruce-I think you can tell what he is!
