We had at least one snow day each week in January. February continues with very cold weather. People's driveways and walkways are hazards and pulling out is scarey with big snowbanks blocking the way. Scheduling and rescheduling housecalls became a full time job, but it was nice to stay home with the kids and not worry about showing up on the job and if the babysitter's mother was going to let her drive or not that day. You can see here how high the snow bank was in our driveway so the boys could actually reach the basketball net. Minimum room for cars.
